No, I meant his experience in prescribing T4 early. Most of us seem to remain stable until the dose gradually decreases without all the other systemic failures commonly discussed on this list. He was very aware that people that didn't catch it early (triple digit TSH) tended to have a much tougher time getting a handle on it.
