Hi Group,

I, all of a sudden, am so fatigued, cold and shaky inside. I have been on the LDN since June so I don't beleive that it's that. I went to my nutritionalist yesterday. He told me that I have a low thyroid and adrenal gland. It showed up in my hair analysist that I had a few months ago. He had told me about it then. For years I have had blood work that showed a low thyroid but when they would re-check it, it would be normal. so I was never given medication. Now my nutritionalist wants me to do a Basil test. He said that it is more accurate than a blood test. Has anyone done this. This is how it is done. For three days in a row, when you first wake in the morning before getting out of bed, you put a thermometer under your left armpit. Leave it there for 3 minutes. If it reads 97.7 or higher, you are normal. If it reads 97.6 don't worry about it but if it reads lower then you have low thyroid. This morning I did it and it read 96.0. Does anyone know anything about this test?

I am on so many supplements, I also wonder if I am having a problem with them giving me a reaction. Something is throwing me off.

Also my blood pressure is off. It's average on the high end. Between 120 to 130 but low on the low end. Today I am 130 over 59 but have been as low as 38 on the low end. Does anyone have any suggestions or anything that they can add here.

Thanks in advance

Marie
