Guest guest
Hello, My name is Alain, have ms for 2 years, stopped Avonex two weeks ago and began LDN 3 mg since 4 days.I am about well, except stiffnesses in a leg. I would like to know if, among you, there are people who have being using LDN for a long time, more than 5 years, and what are the long term benefits. Thank you for your answer and have a nice day. Best regards Alain
Guest guest
There are about 10 of us at the Histamine/LDN Message Board: http://disc.server.com/Indices/148285.html that started LDN in March 2000. We believe we are the oldest Group that has been taking LDN because we started before Dr. Bihari recomended it on his web site but right after a story circulated that his daughter's friend with MS had used it successfully. Hundreds of people on our Message Board started LDN after us and I do not believe anyone has ever reported stopping. Only two negatives I know of are that some people need to experiment a lot to work around stiffness problems and some people who avoided colds and flu all their life may catch a few after a few years on LDN.
