Guest guest
'Are there any people in this group who are atheists? Have any of you read the "DA Vinci Code" ? Please advise. If any of you answer in the affirmative, in all good conscious, I must immediately unsubscribe from this group. I fully trust that your answers will be truthful." It is a reply to M--- who refuses to sign the LDN petition. It's intended to be a satire as well as didactic. M had a "choice" not to sign the petition. There's nothing more to say! The Da Vinci Code is a gripping, fascinating mystery and has been on the best seller list for fiction for the past year. The setting is in Paris and begins with the Louvre, the Grand Gallery and Leonardo's paintings, the Mona , The Vitruvian Man and Modonna of the Rocks, Fibonacci numbers, anagrams , the Vatican and of course murder. If you have been to Paris and the Louvre, you will be even more intrigued as you tour around Paris and the Lourve. The setting is very real. I don't read mysteries but I couldn't put this one down for three days. Before I read it, I had many other people tell me the same thing.
