You have to be very careful using ephedra. Yes it helps open the bronchial tubes, but it also can speed up the heart. Ephedra is used in a lot of natural herbal remedies like Breathe Easy tea. It is only resently that both the herbs and drugs have been put to a misuse in Weightloss schemes and as speed in order to get High.
