Where are you getting that they have changed their protocol. I looked at the website and it does not say that they recommend 50 mgs. I know that Dr. Brownstein does not do 50 mgs with all his patients. Dr. Flechas seems to be doing it with most. Is there something that has come directly from them that I missed on that link?

Iodine Protocol Updated

The Iodine Protocol created by Drs. Abraham, Flechas and Brownstein has been updated.

They are recommending higher doses. 50 mg appears to be the absolute minimum now. I think we'll see 100 mg (if not more) become the standard dose in the next year.

And the companion nutrients are vital.

I just clicked the link and it's the same protacol on iodine4health.

It's listed for breast cancer and the first one is 50 mg of iodine.

Slythy, I am not aware that the protocol advocated by Abraham, et al, has been updated.

I am aware that Flechas is now often recommending 100 mg. However, I have not heard anything like that from Brownstein or Abraham. Both of them are still using a wide range of iodine doses depending on the situation.

Do you have a link to support your assertion?

Since there is not one shred of credible research to support the old

outrageously high doses, this increase must be based on market research at

Optimox. They need to sell more iodine.
