Larry, Were you ever unable to walk without some kind of assistance

before you started taking LDN? -

feel good! Only thought I was going to trip and fall once. LOL.

Marie,

I have been taking 3.0 one night and 4.5 the next for the past week. I started doing this just to see if I could see any difference. I have had more good day. They don't seem to fluctuate so much. I am journaling my results and hope to soon be able to tell whether or not the lower dose is more beneficial than the higher. I'll keep you posted!

I have been on 4.5 mg for a long time. Last week I wasn't up to par. Nothing to do with LDN. So last week I went down to about 3.5mg. I didn't feel any different. Last night I went back to 4.5mg. I feel so great today. So much energy. I wonder if it is a good idea to go back and forth with the doseage. Does anyone have any ideas on this.

I've been on 4.5mg LDN for over 2 months. I noticed an improvement in bladder

function within 24 hours but I haven't seen any other benefits. I continue to

take it because I don't think it is hurting me and it could be stopping the

progress of MS. I have been fighting fatigue since I started LDN. I don't know

if that bothers me or not because it forces me to sleep and I don't have MS in

my dreams so I love sleeping. I don't know whether to continue taking 4.5mg or

switch to 3.0. Any advice?

I'VE BEEN TAKING 4.5 SINCE NOVEMBER. I WAS FEELING NOT UP TO PAR FOR A

WHILE AND, AFTER READING THE POSTS IN THIS GROUP, I DECIDED TO TRY 3.0

AGAIN FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. I FELT WORSE BUT HELD OUT. LAST NITE I

TOOK 4.5 AGAIN AND TODAY I FEEL GREAT! I'VE HEARD OF LDN WORKING BOTH

WAYS. I THINK IT'S JUST ACCORDING TO YOUR BODY HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD TAKE.
