Just wanted to write and thankyou for all your replies to my post.Appreciated!!

An update is that I have just had my first night of more sleep ...approx 2 lots of 2 hrs.

I took the LDN at a weird time,....at my first wakeup point of the night round 12.00am and took the herbal sleepers before bed. But it worked alot better ..this LDN needs an individual response from all who take it.Its crazy ...but then so is everything else!

I have been taking LDN for about a year now and have determined the best

time for me to take it is between 11 AM and 12 midnight Standard time.

Add an hour for daylight savings time.

This is not very far off from the recommendation of 9 PM to 3 AM. Have to

adjust the time here in Maine because thought the clocks all have eastern

standard time Maine is actually in the middle of the Atlantic time zone.

So I have to add and hour for that first. Daylight savings time may be fun

but the body still reacts to standard time. So one must adjust for that

too.

I have also determined (for my own purposes) that Dr. Bob Lawrence’s

recommendation to take an occasional three days off helps too.
