So I change from 4.5 to 3 mgs., then next day allready I cannot make it to the washroom fast enuf.

Are you saying that missing a dose(which I liken to changing my dose) doesn't cause an immediate

return of your symptoms prior to ldn? I find that I get weak, shaky and loose bladder control when I make

a large change in amount. I wouldn't be brave enuf to actually miss a dose. But I would like to see it make

some more improvements on my general condition!

Reg.

Strange huh Pam, that missing a dose makes you feel better? I know, skip one every week. It really makes me feel better.Cheyso would have to agree with some, that maybe it's a good idea > to miss a dose now and then@> > Pam
