Hi all,

Am in week six of LDN...still having good results, but am having

confusion about when I should be taking it. I find that I have tried

many different " times " , and am still having difficulty with finding a

good time for me. I am sleeping through the night, but feel as

though I am not getting enough sleep, or good-enough sleep, and have

been " groggy " in the morning---the initial " energy " that I felt just

isn't there lately; am also noticing that some of the spasms in my

right leg have returned.

Anyone got any suggestions?
