Guest guest
, in addition to the improvements in assorted symptoms I noticed a reduced appetite almost immediately after starting LDN. And I have no craving for sweets anymore at all... As I work on eating better meals my appetite is somewhat better, but still no junk food cravings. Of course that is a GOOD thing, just a bit odd for someone who has spent a lifetime loving all the wrong foods. Hi Group: I've been using LDN for a little more than a year now. I do feel better ie: balance, energy and urinary stuff. I still don't walk. Using a chair for three or four years. But my main question today - Does LDN affect appetite?? I have experimented with dosages. Been on for 4.5 mg for a few weeks. If I just don't get hungry for meals now. Does anyone know....is this related to the LDN?? I think I should cut back to 4.0. Was on that a few months with good results. I'll have an MRI next week....it'll be interesting. in CT. Guest guest
I've been taking LDN (4.5) for almost 3 months and I think that it does affect my appetite. I don't think that I've been hungry once during that time and I eat only because I know I should.

I thought it was either because of my change in quality of food eaten or the LDN. I figure my body just found the weight it likes because I haven't gone under 124 that I'm aware of. When I weighed myself after spending a week with my father and sister down in Florida, I was up 4 lbs and I think I'm still within that range. > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: > low dose naltrexone > Sent: Tuesday, April 06, 2004 10:41 > Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] How does LDN affect appetite??? > > > , in addition to the improvements in assorted symptoms I noticed a reduced appetite almost immediately after starting LDN. I'll be seeing my Dr. on Monday to talk more about it. Doug
