Not settled yet had some complications that should be worked out soon. Yes, there is info about LDN in the second book "20 Years and Still Coping and Prevailing". The first book "Coping and Prevailing" is more or less about accepting and learning to live with ms. The second book is about the options that are available for you to overcome ms. There are many steps that can be taken to improve your circumstances and in fact overcome the ms. These steps are a natural approach that have proven to be quite effective.

The books are currently available from Amazon.com, & Noble or direct from me. The first is $14.95, the second is $19.95. If you cannot afford to pay for them and you have ms I will send either of them to you no charge.
