Pau d'Arco tea dose

Hello Everyone,

I have just received the pau d'arco tea (the bark kind) and the instructions are

as follows: 8 heap tablespoons in 2 quarts(or

nearly 2 liters) of water brought gently to boil (do not boil!) for 10 minutes.

In our files it says to use 1 tablespoon in one quart

of water and boil for half an hour. Would this be for a different kind of

Pau'arco. What should I follow? Also is it necessary to

drink 4 cups i.e. 1 liter a day? With the electrolyte drink (1.5 liters) the

amount of liquids would come to 2.5 liters a day! I read

in the files that too much water (liquid) may be bad for us. Grateful for

comments.
