hi

are u new to the group? i ask because of your question. if so please go to

the files and read 'how to successfully overcome candida' and i am sure you will

find all the information you need and more. when i first joined the group i

printed it out and read it over and over. there are about 4 steps to overcoming

candida, try to do them all in order and try not to overwhelme yourself by doing

too much. as per your question though, i cant answer in detail because i'm not

that well informed myself, but all carb foods except low carb veggies are not

allowed, see the article for a list. low carb veggies such as broccoli, onions

and garlic actually inhibit the growth of and kill candida, if they are raw or

lightly cooked.

according to the optimum diet you need to consume 80 percent of your

protein intake in carbs. What source of food should i get these carbs

from? Are vegtables the only choice or will any low gi carb do the

trick thanks

==>Hi there. What is your name? Welcome to our group. We do not

advocate the optimum diet here. However we do somewhat follow the

principles of The Optimal Diet which is totally different, and it

means you only consume about 19% carbs, 23% protein and 58% good

nature-made fats.

==>Please read my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida "

which was sent to you when you joined, or find it in our Group's

Files (left menu) - it is in the 1st folder.
