I'd like to know how bad it is to: -eat tinned tuna (albacore, in olive oil but with salt) *this is the only kind of tuna i have found that best meets the diet in switzerland -- but the salt levels concern me.. -eat non-organic chicken/beef/pork *i don't think the non-organic swiss meats is as 'bad' as the non- organic american meats.. -drink decaf coffee (non-organic) -smoke cigarettes (pure tobacco, additive free american spirit cigarettes) while i know i could (and will eventually) stop drinking my cup of decaf coffee a day, and smoking cigarettes - getting some opinions on these would help me put things in perspective. other than this, i am on the diet 100%, lots of meats and fats and some vegetables, all the supplements, and herbal teas (ginger, mint, pau d'arco) the rest of the day.
