travelling to thailand

Hi group,

I'm planning a trip to thailand and cambodia in a month, and while part

of me is concerned about my diet over there i also don't want to miss

opportunities because of my health (and i'm doing ok).

Any advice on foods to eat over there? I was thinking about getting

a 'card' with ''i am allergic to: '' translated in thai, but then the

list could be long. or, i could get a 'card' with 'i only eat grilled

meats and steamed vegetables'.

any of you have a good catch-phrase / advice for travelling in general?

any supplements i should increase or decrease given that i can't

control 100% my diet?
