Guest guest
Don't forget the avocados, yams, and sweet potatoes. Lots of nutrition, good calorie count. Isn't it amazing how easy it would be for all of us " well padded " folks to maintain a good weight if we would just eat " well " instead of " easy " ! My sister is the leanest person I know. I'm convinced her genes are not from the same pool as mine. Or maybe it's just that she's from the " skinny " end and I'm from the " fat " end. ----- Original Message ----- From: " foono14 " <lorigrady214@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Saturday, April 10, 2004 1:35 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Evil foods > > Thanks, I will try those things. Don't crash your plan buy porking out on cheesburgers and apple pie. If possible continue eating lean meats, vegies of all kinds and try bulking up on extra potaoes and whole wheat breads. If possible try eating 6 meals a day rather then only 3. Anoher good idea would be to drink lots of fruit juice, they have lots of calories, as well as beer and wine (in moderation) if your so inclind. It's a problem many people would love to have, but I can just imagine it's a challenge. Good luck! I go back and forth between eating healthy and just wanting to try to gain weight.I just started back on Primal Defense, hoping that will help.
