Hi Bill,

We have some complications, the buyer for our house backed out. A terrible circumstance at the moment. We sold a lot of things and are all packed ready to move. It was supposed to occur this Wed. but we had to cancel. The situation is now with the lawyer's. It might work to our advantage because the buyer will probably forfeit the 10%. Too soon to tell, I'll keep you posted. Talk about stress !
