Hi all,

I am 5'11 " (180cm) and should eat 80g protein, 200-280 g fat, and 40-

64 g carbs according to fitday. I calculated the ratios I am consuming

and found that I am eating about 190-200g of protein each day, and my

fat and carb ratios are within the limits.

Are those ratios dependant upon an individuals activity level? Because

I feel very hungry when I eat less meat.

What are the possible problems that could occur from eating too much

protein on this diet?
