Guest guest
I posted about my daughter having problems with 4.5 when she tried it for a week. Monday she went back to 3 and is back to where she was - no more extreme tiredness, appetite back and laughing a lot. Thanks to you all for your responses and suggestions. It's worth trying things because you would always wonder if it would be better. But she will stay on 3 now.
Guest guest
No I read that the other way if you are 105 or up take 4.5 if you are below 105 take 3.0 mgs. All people should be on 4.5mg of LDN except those with MS. No one with MS should be on less than 4.5mg of LDN unless you weigh less than 105 pounds and 3.0mg should be used.(I just pasted this from 's letter.) Reg. -------Original Message------- From: low dose naltrexone Date: 06/17/04 09:44:41 low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Dosage I read something yesterday on one of the post's about the doseage amount. Someone said something about if you are 105 lbs or less, you should take the 4.5 mg's. My question is if you weigh more than 105, should you be on 3 mgs? ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here

Guest guest
Well, I weighed 138 when I first started looking into LDN. I weighed 135 when I started it, and 7 months later I was down to 126. I had been on 3.0 for 300 days when I tried 4.5 and after 38 days finally went back to 3.0, much better for me. I may try 4.5 again for a month or however long it takes to see if I feel the same way as I did back in February. If I notice the same things, then 4.5 is NOT for me. Don't know if it's my weight, or other factors. But so far, no complaints with 3.0, had some with 4.5 though. ----- Original Message ----- From: Reg Kreil low dose naltrexone Sent: Thursday, June 17, 2004 12:48 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Dosage No I read that the other way if you are 105 or up take 4.5 if you are below 105 take 3.0 mgs.
