Guest guest
I took it last summer when I was camping. I took it to help keep the mosquitoes from biting me. I think it worked, I only got 3 bites the whole month, and the field we were in was saturated with them after 8pm every night. I also tried to stay in the screened in areas when possible. Maybe that's why I felt so good in the summer though... I stopped taking them after August. They taste horrible. I can't find my bottle though... will have to look for it and start them again and see. ----- Original Message ----- From: tmbayuk msalternatives ; mscured ; MS-Christians ; MSfriends ; MSersLife ; MSViews_Multiple_Sclerosis ; low dose naltrexone Sent: Tuesday, April 06, 2004 09:37 Subject: [low dose naltrexone] B-1 Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) Vitamin B1 is uniquely important for nerves. It plays a crucial role in the release of energy from food. It helps convert blood sugar into energy in muscles and nerves. Certain foods, drinks and substances such as tea, coffee, alcohol and the contraceptive pill rob the body of B1. People who eat a lot of refined foods may be low in B1. Vitamin B1 helps improve mood, memory, muscle weakness, sensory symptoms, and fatigue. You need around 10-50mg a day Hi All, Benfotiamine is a highly absorbable lipid form of B-1. I've been taking if for a month with distinctive noticeable positive results. It is inexpensive.
Guest guest
The Benfotiamine capsules are small and don't give you that "B vitamin" taste. I didn't open them, but other B vitamins always make me belch; these do not. ----- Original Message ----- From: LarryGC low dose naltrexone Sent: Tuesday, April 06, 2004 10:40 AM Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] B-1 I took it last summer when I was camping.
