Guest guest
I've done the Broda temperature test on and off for a number of years. I tend to run low 97sF in the morning. It certainly seems to correlate with hypothyroid symptoms. One thing I have found is that taking my temperature after a run is quite surprising to me. I would expect body temp to rise with exercise but have found temperatures in the 94s or 95s - and not on cold days. Anyone have this experience or an explanation to what might be going on? Thanks, Rick
