hi ,

I don't know if this will help as it helped me.

I most always have very iontense lower back pain.

Here is Canada there's been a lot of info going around lately about

oméga 3. It used to be the castor oil moms gave kids. today most

oméga comes from sardines and anchovies.

Now there a 2 kinds of omega 3. the regular one that somes from

sardines and anchovies and the one that comes from the shrimp like

fish called Krill.

Krill live in the artic (so no worry about mercury) and they are at

the beginning of the food change. this means they have the most

concentrated frome of omega 3.

Omega 3 is very good forlots of things (do some research you'll see)

but it's very good for us with MS.

The day after I started with regular omega3, my backach was almost

all gone. then one day I forgot to take it and my backach returned

but was gone again when I took the omega 3.

Now the omega made from Krill is very good for us with MS. Juat an

example . In my exercise class for MS patients, there is this one

man who comes in a wheelchair and never gets off it to do his

exercises. Well he started taking omega 3 from Krill a few weeks

ago. This week he came to the exercise class only with his cane no

wheelchair. this is the 2nd time I see this happening.

so I seems to be a good idea for us MSer's to take omega 3 made from

Krill.

You can get them in all pharmacies and Wal-Mart.

Here in Canada they costs 26$ for 40 pills at 500mg.

have a nice day

However, the spinal cord injury has reared its ugly head
