Guest guest
Monday I started 3 mg after being on 4.5. I had heard so much on here about getting more out of your LDN. this was the worse day since I have been on LDN. From the time I got up till I went to bed, I got more and more miserable by 9 pm which is the earliest I take it, the numbness was back in my right side, my arms and hands were cramping, face twitching and I could hardly walk without holding on to furniture and walls. I'm not sorry I gave it a go, we are just all so different. I was lucky to find the dose right for me. I won't be changing it again, the stiffness in my hands is much easier to handle than what I went through yesterday. I took 4.5 last night and today I feel like myself again. I do cheer on everyone that gets better results from changing it, I am not one of them. I am going to stay on 4.5 and follow it with the DHL in the morning. As for trying 1.5 or skipping a day, No way, not for me. I have enough bad days than to bring them on messing with something that works LDN at 4.5 mgs works for me. Peace ZilNever give up, never surrender
Guest guest
That is so cool that people can actually tell there is a difference between 3.0 and 4.5! Now I know I'm not just imagining things. Some people find 4.5 is better, others with 3.0 MG. Who knows why... but it shows that each of our cases is individual, varying factors, duration, external factors, etc. I guess anyone on 3.0 should try 4.5 and see, those on 4.5 should try 3.0 and see. Especially those who start with 3.0 and have problems should try 4.5, and those who start on 4.5 should see how 3.0 is. I stayed with 4.5 for 38 days, I could have gone back to 3.0 sooner but I wanted to give it some time also. 2 days back on 3.0 and the differences I thought I noticed were confirmed. ----- Original Message ----- From: zillba@... low dose naltrexone Sent: Wednesday, April 07, 2004 08:51 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] 3is not more than 4.5,, it is 1.5 less ...for me Monday I started 3 mg after being on 4.5.
