Until I became seriously menopausal I used it for three weeks a month. Two

weeks just wasn't right for me. Now I use a little less of it, but I

generally use it daily. I probably should break for one week out of four,

but it seems to help with some of my MS symptoms so I use it morning and

night. There have been periods of time that I haven't used it at all

because I didn't feel any need, but now I do seem to need it daily.

I'd love to here if others have seen progesterone creme help their MS.

Hey ,

Interesting, I recently bought Progesterone cream, but have not yet used it. My question is this, does anyone feel they need to check with their gynocologist(sp) to find out about their hormones before taking it??????

Simple answer - Nope. Kind of like MS, I'm in doubt as to their true grasp of the situation. Read Dr Lee's books for a lot of information.
