Irmats recommend to start LDN 5 days after coming off Hydrocodone. I

remember that from a while back.

Just my thoughts but I would start with the Ldn. asap. like this evening! I know what happens to me if I miss just one day. But then again some people do take a couple of days off after a while, and it works for them.

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] LDN & Narcotics question - I need help

I stopped taking LDN on thursday night because Hydrocodone was prescribed for to help ease pain due to torn ligaments in my foot. The pain med is not helping so I'm going to stop it and start the LDN again. In 3 days I'm already feeling some MS symptoms that subsided since starting the drug in February. My question is, how long do I need to wait before starting the LDN again.Thank you,Merleyne
