LDN & Narcotics question - I need help

I stopped taking LDN on thursday night because Hydrocodone was

prescribed for to help ease pain due to torn ligaments in my foot.

The pain med is not helping so I'm going to stop it and start the

LDN again. In 3 days I'm already feeling some MS symptoms that

subsided since starting the drug in February. My question is, how

long do I need to wait before starting the LDN again.
