Does LDN help relieve central nerve pain?

I have been suffering with the horrible burning pain associated with

central nerve pain and I was wondering if LDN has help anyone with

this type of pain?

The burning I feel is like having a muscle rub like Icy/Hot on my

skin 24/7. I can't stand it anymore and I have tried so many other

medications that my neuro prescirbed to help relieve it...nothing has

worked yet. Just hoping for some relief!
