,

Like my stiffness wasn't bad enough to begin with! Now it is unbearable, but what choice have I got?? I did order some DL-Phenalynine (sp?). I'm not stopping LDN! Too much bladder relief to quit!!

I'm stretching in the morning, stretching in the evening, stretching at suppertime! I once was 4 and a half feet tall, I'm up to 6 feet now!

Seriously, I do a series of stretching exercises in the shower, and various times throughout the day. I'm hoping the stiffness will eventually ease, like it has for so many others. We'll see.

Are you Streeeeeeeeeetching when you feel the stiffness?

There's 2 types of stretching I do. I either reach for the sky stretching legs and arms upward, or I put the ball of each foot, in turn, up against a wall, to stretch the back muscles.

Friday,

I know what you mean about the stiffness! LDN hasn't changed that, but I don't think it is any worse. It was so bad to begin with. Here's my take on it: traditional medicine can transplant a heart, lung, liver or kidney, but they can't figure out what causes this stiffness??? Doesn't make much sense to me! (Of course, I'm no rocket scientist!) I think I could handle not being able to walk a bit better if I weren't so stiff and dealing with so much pain 24/7!

Hey, I'm stiff as a board now (legs of course - i'm female) and i

havent started LDN yet - don't know how it could get worse than it is - the only way is up for me (improvement wise)

Ok, enough said - weather is getting to me i think

Not with me. I started over a year ago on 4.5mg, needed to reduce to

3mg and then 1.5mg because the stiffness and cramps got progressively

worse.

Steve,

I noticed the same thing.I got my 1st month supply from a local(Austin,TX.) pharmacy. It cost me $50.oo.Then I ordered my next 3 month's scrips from Skip's for $43.00 total with shipping. I noticed a difference in 2 days!I recommend Skip's to those that can use them.It seems more potent and CHEAPER!!

---When I started LDN 12/03. I got my 4.5mg from a local Phamacy,

that compounded it as a favor. First 3 months very litle stiffness or

improvement. Then I switched to Skips in Fla. I had Stiffness, and I

could tell it was working! Now I notice improvement day by day.
