Guest guest
Hi all This is off topic,-- Can thyroid hormone drop for no reason in about 1 1/2 hours by about .4 pg/mL. Is this common? I went about an 1 1/2 later than normal to get blood work this time & am wondering this. Everything else is & was the same about my thyroid. thanks Bev
Guest guest
> > Just wanted to let you know I received my results today: TSH 1.97, free T4 13, free T3 3.1. I have been on Bee's program for 5 months and for the past couple of months I reduced my thyroid meds to half. I have been on Synthroid ..075 mg for 20 years and now take half a pill each day and feel great. As suggested, my goal is to get off meds so I am wondering when my next change should be. > > I have also reduced my estrogen to half its original dose and will go for tests next week to see how that is going. +++Hi -Ann. You should get your thyroid tested every 6 weeks and adjust meds accordingly. Good for you for lowering your estrogen. Keep up the good work! Please don't go by tests for reducing your estrogen, just slowly lower your meds until you aren't taking any. It won't hurt you, and estrogen greatly inteferes with body processes and its ability to heal itself, like all hormones do.
