I too have PPMS and I'm in a similar situation to you although I can

still walk a few steps. LDN does not work with PPMS very well at all

but it can help a little when first taken. It is difficult to find a

dose level that does not make muscle stiffness and spasms worse. In my

experience a dose of just 1.5mg is best for PPMS.

LDN is worth trying but don't expect any miracles.
