LDN for Long Time Progressive MSers

Ok, you can all tell I'm new to this from all my posts - like the

thorn in your sides - I have another question:

I have progressive MS for 15 years now, I never walk anymore, I am

very stiff and spasm almost every time i go to stand. My sensations

are very confused from the knee's down.

So, for someone like me who uses a wheelchair 99% of the time (except

in bed, lol) whats the prognosis on LDN? Any chance?

(almost dreading the responses - im negative already - but strangely

optimistic as I have never taken any MS treatments to date)
