Hi my name is Sherri, not sure where to start about myself. I've had

severe skin itching on arms and legs since I had my son 12 years

ago. Anti-histamines use to work. But the past 6 months to a 1 year

even the strongest available aren't working. I've had numerous blood

test from different doctors and they just tell me that I'm allergic

to dust mites, cats, and grasses, all other test are okay.

Had an alternative doctor say my liver and gallbladder were being tasks and

needed flushing, 12 or so treatment later and nothing, he even says

I'm not allergic to wheat or gluten. Okay, then why won't these

drugs work. I found your lists and thought maybe this is my

problem. I don't know, but I will try just about anything at this

point.

So does this diet and lifestyle change actually get rid of your allergies? Is

my diet what is actually triggering the allergies

to get worst. I don't get the usual sinus part of the allergy, just

the skin itching. And if I've always had these allergies why did it

only appear after I was pregnant.

I've looked at the files and think that maybe this is something I want to try,

but I'm really scared about die-off symptoms and my itching getting worse before

better, I'm at a breaking point with my nerves and frustration. Sorry long,

just needed to vent, not sure anyone really understands what tortue this really

is and my quality of like sucks right now.

Thanks, Sherri
