Guest guest Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 Just got off the phone with my doctor I asked him if I could raise my Armour and Cortef starting tomorrow I go from 1/2 grain to 3/4 of a grain. He said that he knows it's not a big increase but he wants to do things slowly. In about 4 or 5 days I am to raise my Cortef from 2.5mgs twice a day to 5mgs twice a day. We talked a bit about my blood work that was drawn on 12/19. The day before was the last time I had Cytomel then after the blood draw, I started on Armour. He said things were looking better. Once I get the blood work faxed to me I will post numbers. I am Curious to see how the blood labs are next time now that I am on Armour. I have really started to feel better. At times I feel the way I felt years ago! Just wanted to give my up date. I am NOT looking for people to say oh you are not on enough of the meds....remember it's different for everyone and I am lucky I have a doctor who listens, tests for what ever I want and wants to take things slowly with my best interest in mind.
