Wierd red spot under eye. :)

I woke up this morning with a dark red spot under my eye a little

larger than the size of a pencil eraser. It doesn't itch or

anything... I would compare it more with a birthmark-look. It's

finally starting to fade. I suppose there's tons of different

strange healing reactions that can occur with this diet??? Is this

one common?? I'm not worried or anything... just wanted to compare

notes with others.

We are still progressing nicely and enjoying experimenting with the

diet and our many varieties of MOUNTAIN ROSE HERBS! I lost another

pound... down to 140. But I am increasing the fats pretty quickly

and taking some extra olive oil when needed.

*** OH!! BY THE WAY... my wife and I bought a new puppy 2 days ago.

A female Jack we named " Sadie " ... she's adorable and

energetic, and should add some pure JOY and FUN that has been missing

in our lives since our 2 older dogs died within the past couple of

years. (I realize many don't like the high energy of Jack

Russels)

I believe I'll buy one of those gadgets that helps trim her UNDERCOAT

so she won't shed near as much, and we will vacuum often to control

the dander, though.
