-I have had same reaction to you but Im hoping my body will settle in to

LDN - I always keep in mind -that in healing on any level you go thru a

healing crisis ! ...which means you have to get worse sometimes before you

get better (healing going on) -I have discussed that with naturopaths and

iridologists- therapists agree on this-I'm hoping thats the case here-and as

many have said on LDN you seem to go into rewind and revisit your physical

problems backwards(last ones first)- I certainly have had this happen -

I've gone thru the same as you. Give it time! I've been on LDN for 5

months, it as helped greatly, but I still have good days and bad!
