Don't get rid of the stiffness by stopping the cause of it, work with the stiffness to get your legs back to being the way they should be. The stiffness is a call to Stretch and use the muscles that have been silent all these years are just waking up and saying HI.

JMHO.

I know what you mean. I'm on day 5 of LDN and my legs are stiffer than ever. Since they improve later in the day, when the LDN has dissipated, I suspect the LDN is causing the stiffness. I take 3 mg, but should probably go down to 1.5. You should possibly try 3 mg. My question is: how do you know how much to take out of the capsule, and what do you do with the remainder?Edith
