Guest guest
Don't get rid of the stiffness by stopping the cause of it, work with the stiffness to get your legs back to being the way they should be. The stiffness is a call to Stretch and use the muscles that have been silent all these years are just waking up and saying HI. JMHO. ----- Original Message ----- From: Edith low dose naltrexone Sent: Saturday, April 17, 2004 16:03 Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: already having trouble I know what you mean. I'm on day 5 of LDN and my legs are stiffer than ever. Since they improve later in the day, when the LDN has dissipated, I suspect the LDN is causing the stiffness. I take 3 mg, but should probably go down to 1.5. You should possibly try 3 mg. My question is: how do you know how much to take out of the capsule, and what do you do with the remainder?Edith
