Guest guest
I try for cold New England ocean hydrotherapy as often as possible during the summer. Hopefully twice a week. But no I am not in good shape. Sometimes not strong enough to drive to the ocean and certainly not strong enough to swim or tread water. So I use a life preservor and am looking into trying one of the flotation belts used by physical therapists for their hydrotherapy clients. I think not only is the water pressure good and the cold good but probably the ocean salt since spending twenty minutes in the ocean I would guess might at least slightly increase one's salt absorption. Any one know if that would be true? -Beth > ><< are those of you who like to go for a dunk in the cold ocean/lake in >pretty go shape? Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to this list so apolgies if this topic has already been covered. I lost my hearing suddenly after receiving an ototoxic drug during surgery. I've been deeply grateful for the cochlear implant I received in 1997 which returned me to the hearing world after only four months of complete deafness. I'm still trying to improve my understanding of sound... I wonder if there are members who have the Cochlear N-22 who have taken advantage of the G3 recently released for use with our internal " wiring " ? Guest guest
Cinders, according to Dr. Bihari, it's important to take LDN between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m., because endorphins are produced between 2 and 4 a.m. I have also found myself, on occasion, forcing myself to stay up until 9! I believe this information is on the low-dose naltrexone website.
Guest guest
Hi Fran I understand your reluctance. I just received my approval last week from my insurance company and I will start Xolair next week or the week after. I found looking through all of the messages on this board very helpful and it helped me make the decision to go ahead with the process of getting approval for Xolair. I am also looking forward to loosing my " pred tummy " !
