Guest guest
Several of us have noticed a loss of appetite, unfortunately for me mine settles down as long as I don't change doses. I reduced the dosage for several days and my appetite was affected when I upped it again. Can you go to 3.0 and see if that will work for you? ----- Original Message ----- From: " ee " <halfassed@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Friday, April 16, 2004 11:41 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] already having trouble > Day 5 of a 4.5 mg dose. > > For the last few days, I've had some mild discomfort in my belly and loss > of appetite and just not feeling that great. Guest guest
I know what you mean. I'm on day 5 of LDN and my legs are stiffer than ever. Since they improve later in the day, when the LDN has dissipated, I suspect the LDN is causing the stiffness. I take 3 mg, but should probably go down to 1.5. You should possibly try 3 mg. My question is: how do you know how much to take out of the capsule, and what do you do with the remainder?
