I’m doing a solumedrol run for 4

days at 1000 mg a day then doing an oral pred taper beginning at 60 for three

days then down… I decided to lay off the LDN 2 days before starting and I

will prob go right back on after the taper ends. I want to get the benefit of

the steroids but don’t believe that after that benefit has occurred

taking the LDN will effect my health I may be wrong and someone can let me

know. As far as my neuro knows he thinks I am doing these together…

Hi .. Many have taken LDN with solumedrol or prednisone .. again

these are not narcotics ... it is debated as to

how they effect the

benefits of LDN but there is no medical problem

there with 4.5mg or

less .. you can start the LDN again whenever suits

you.
