Just as an added bit to this thought about stiffness, Zil was asking why the benfotiamine? It was for stiffness that I am taking it and time will tell if it helps.Although I can now stretch out fully my left arm. Wow Day one ninety four of ldn. for m.s. Ldn made my Seven day road trip possible, don't ever try to tell me it doesn't work!

Hi ,

It taken 10 weeks before i started sleeping on 4.5 mg LDN.

That was a long haul !!!!!

In that time I was on 3mg ,1.5 mg amd 4.5 mg .

Now i still have very bad leg stiffness,theyre like rock hard!

Im sure some of you know what i mean ,and my movement is severely limited.

But i will keep on keeping on because of this digest.I found a post where

somebody talked of having this stiffness for 87 days and then it started to ease by day 110.

Thank s to whomever wrote that post .

Thats given me hope that it might go away!
