Guest guest
Marie - I guess I am in the group you asked to respond, so here goes. I was diagnosed with MS in February, 04. After much research, I decided that I just had to give LDN a try before I agreed to the more (to me extreme) crabs. I started LDN one week ago today. And I feel better. MUCH better. My mind is clearer, the pain in my lower back and shoulder is gone. My facial tingling is gone. I have more energy, and spunk! More like my old self. To be honest though, my ON is slightly worse. I have talked to others with ON who are on LDN, and based on their exprences, I expect this to improve (a lot!) with time. I am also still having to " go " once or twice a night, so am not really sleepingbetter, but it has only been a week. I expect this to improve, too. About the neuro's comment that LDN only works on those who have had MS for a long time, well, I may have had MS for several years (symptoms like tingling hands/feet, numb legs that I never paid attention to) but, my MRI was totally clean. No leisons. I only had one " clinical " exaberation, and had to be diagnosed with a spinal tap. So, with me the disease progression has not gotten very far along. I am completely convinced that I have made the correct treatment choice for my MS. Good Luck to you and your neice's husband, and BE WELL Cinders
