Guest guest
Several months ago I upped my dose of LDN from 3.0 to 4.5. After awhile it seemed as if I was progressing--a lot of stiffness, more wobbliness. I recently lowered the dose back to 3.0 and am doing much better. No stiffness, and yesterday I had the best walking day I " ve had in months--no noticeable changes in gait. If I don't think about how I'm walking when I'm doing it, I'm good. It may not all be from the LDN, however, as I recently reinstituted twice weekly homeopathic apis-formica (bee venom-ant ?) injections. I was doing them when I started the LDN and quit to see how I'd do on the LDN by itself. I think the apis-formica helps with wobbliness.
