I'm 65 and have had MS for 32 years. I have been SPMS for the last 12

years, slowly getting worse. I've done Solu-Medrol about 8 times since

1992, with varying results.

I use a Rollator (wheeled walker), but in the last month my back

became so weak I can barely hold myself up. My legs are numb, I cannot

tell where my left foot is or even if it is flat on the floor. I

have developed scoliosis over the past 5 years and with that, the back

muscles on one side have atrophied and on the other side they are over

developed. On the atrophied side it feels like there is an Ace

bandage wrapped tightly around my ribs, sometimes so tightly I can't

get by breath

I started LDN 23 days ago and have noticed almost nothing. Previously

I have had no trouble sleeping, and did not have to get up during the

night--so there has been no change there. The only thing it may have

helped is incontinence. I think I don't have to go as often and can

usually make it in time.

Anyhow, my question is... I have to stop LDN until the treatment is

over and I have done the 1 week Prednisone taper off. How much time

must then pass before I can begin LDN again?
