Guest guest
Hi-- I came across an interesting article which seems to answer the question about why bee venom helps some people with MS. According to the article, bee venom contains melittin which is a very effective antimicrobial agent. So, bee venom is very effective against lyme disease. If bee venom is helping people with MS, you have to be suspicious that they may have been misdiagnosed --- that they actually have Lyme Disease. The article can be I found at: http://www.mercola.com/2000/jul/23/bee_venom_lyme.htm Incidentally, some people with MS have also been helped by using the antibiotic, minocycline. That is another effective treatment for Lyme Disease. (Also for some cases of " rheumatoid arthritis " ), Hmmm. --Best wishes, S.
