Guest guest
Dear Yash, Are rat retina axons unmyelinated from birth? Is that their natural State? If it is ,there could be a huge difference between their behaviour and unmyelinated nerves of MS person that were naturally myelinated.Even though they set off myelin growth in this experiment. Does this make sense to you? Alarm bells went off in my head to do with the experimental design around this question.
