Guest guest
Well, hello and welcome to all our new members! P - thanks for giving us the update. GREAT news. Whoever asked about feeling like you're gasping for breath waiting on the next dose...I have noticed an increase in symptoms as I'm approaching shot day. I get three shots every two weeks. It also takes about two days to reach full effect again. That said, my symptoms during that " down " time are still minimal in comparison to what they were. I think we have several poster children in our group. My nurse asked me if I'd be willing to come speak the next time the Xolair rep has a meeting in town. The rep asked her to think of someone and she said she thought of me for several reasons, but particularly because you can see it in my face and weight how much difference not being on pred makes! I LOVE XOLAIR. We ought to have a song or something. (Especially now that we can all breathe well enough to sing or chant more than a single line!) Take care everyone, Addy
