The xolair web site does indicate that headache was a common side-effect of the medication (15% of patients) but it doesn't, of course, indicate severity. I hope the problem is temporary. I take darvocet 2 times daily as needed for neck pain stemming from having C- 4 and C-5 fused together back in 1990. It kicks my headaches and neck pain in a flash!
