Guest guest
Hmmmm..... That seems to be the question that's preoccupying me today. The shot yesterday was pretty uneventful. I felt funny last night; I struggled to try to explain it to my DH. It felt like my insides were cleaner, like I was less " congested " , but I was feeling it mostly in my arms and legs and back (where I've been having a lot of pain lately). The big news is that for the first time in *days*, I got a good night's sleep. Slept like a baby. Without going into TMI, I have another medical condition that messes with my body in a big way on a fairly regular basis, and today's the day the I should feel like I've been hit by a truck and then run over, just to be sure. And yup, that's how I feel. Got a headache, too, and my peak flow's down a little, but that's all " normal " for me today and should start to resolve by tomorrow afternoon. So I think there's too much " noise " right now for me to know if I'm seeing any immediate effects from the shot or not. The only definite thing that's odd is the itchy patch below my ear is bigger, but that was there before I got the shot. So, I'll see. The good news is that I didn't swell up or turn purple or anything. <g> Thanks again for all your good wishes! Joyce

For most of us, it has taken time being on it to see any results. I was on it for 6 months before i saw any difference. Got my latest two shots today No big deal, just a part of my life every other Friday Doug
