Guest guest
Gave my own shots today - Addy, like you, I gave myself some extra time and it took between 30 and 40 minutes. No real big deal, except for the constant interruption from my son who wanted to supervise. Greg PS - we had about 10 " of snow between Thursday and Friday. It's all melted today, so we didn't really get a chance to play in it. I'm actually sorry I worked so hard to shovel the driveway. Had I known the temps would be in the 60's today, I wouldn't have bothered. To make up for it, I took my son ice skating today. He loved it, even though he spent more time on his knees and back than on his skates.

I can just see my Allergist and his nurse faint after reading such a post LOL! They are VERY strict about injections. Even after I am on my regular allergy shot maintence, I have have the shot IN the office and wait 20 minutes after. With Xolair, I have to wait a full hour before they will let me out of their sight LOL! Well, I'd rather them be strict! Even with allergy season starting to flare up, my asthma is much better and my peak flows up Happy breathing everyone : Doug
